1. Open a fresh e4 workbench
2. Open the Debug perspective
3. Switch back to the Java perspective
4. Reset the Java perspective

Result: The perspective switcher now shows 'Debug' before 'Java'.

Thanks Stefan. This is the result of the maive 'reset' being implemented by a 'closePerspective / openPerspective' pair. I guess we should cache the item for the persp being reset and re-use it.

Fixed by bug 324990. Please reopen if this is still a problem in the latest builds.
