I tried to follow the recommendation [1] to move archived files to archive.eclipse.org but I'm not able to create the necessary directory:

mkdir: cannot create directory `/home/data/httpd/archive.eclipse.org/tools/buckminster': Permission denied

So please create it for me and assign the needed permissions.
