Today, a user on IRC tried to use the http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates to install WTP content on a Helios installation. Unfortunately, all (?) the stuff on this update site is 3.1.x stuff instead of 3.2.x stuff.

The website variant also mentions Galileo instead of Helios (if you load http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/ in a browser).

Can this please be corrected? Thank you.

if they saw the old 'updates' site mentioned somewhere, then let us know, and we will fix that outdated information.
