Key binding not shown for Search > Mark Occurrences. Maybe a general issue with sub-menu items?

It shows up now with the code from HEAD but hitting the keybinding does nothing.

I see Ctrl+Shift+U next to it with I20110805-1200 on Windows XP for Java files and the 'Package Explorer'.
