The runtimeModuleType extension point went out with the incorrect name & id for the annotation part in the schema, and date on the copyright statement is also incorrect as it isn't the date when the extension point was introduced

The copyright statement needs to be fixed to properly document the product

* Is there a work-around? If so, why do you believe the work-around is insufficient? 
no

* How has the fix been tested? Is there a test case attached to the bugzilla record? Has a JUnit Test been added? 
no testing required. But I did try to launch the WTP and make sure that things launched correct, after my changes.

* Give a brief technical overview. Who has reviewed this fix? 
The fix is to update the date on the copyright and to correct the typo on the extension point schema.

* What is the risk associated with this fix? 
low, the risk would be that I made a mistake and I had to fix the text again.
