I updated (committed and released) the version to 3.6.1 in the 'R3_6_maintenance' branch for:

/org.eclipse.jdt
/org.eclipse.jdt-feature
/org.eclipse.platform
/org.eclipse.platform-feature
/org.eclipse.sdk
/org.eclipse.sdk (feature in org.eclipse.sdk-feature)
/org.eclipse.sdk.tests (feature in org.eclipse.sdk.tests-feature)

I've not touched the following:
/org.eclipse.sdk-feature/features/org.eclipse.equinox.sdk
/org.eclipse.sdk-feature/features/org.eclipse.rcp
/org.eclipse.sdk-feature/plugins/org.eclipse.rcp
