Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a TS project descriptor file
2. Copy and paste lots of text in the description field
3. Save the file.  Notice how the form layout changes (see attached screenshot)

Looks like something that should be accounted for in the changes Yuri/Alena are looking at now on the layout of all the editors?
