In JDT, if you ctrl+click on an abstract method, you can click on Open Implementation, choose the implementing class and it jumps at the implemented method. I'm not sure if there is an equivalent way to do this in CDT but I usually do Open Type Hierarchy on the method and I have to scroll down until I find the method. I think the whole process could be improved by doing something similar to JDT.

Ok...I just found out about the Quick Type Hierarchy. I would be great to hook it up with ctrl+click.
