At some places (MasterDetailsComposite, examples) we are using the non-themeable MessageDialog. We should be using the RienaMessageDialog instead.

Also before resolving this item we should add convenience methods (i.e. openQuestion(...), openInformation(...)) to RienaMessageDialog so that existing uses of MessageDialog.openXYZ can be converted without much effort.
