While refactoring a variable name, if you click on the changes tree in the preview page, OK button has to pressed twice to complete the refactoring. This happens intermittently.

Please find the attached SWF capture demonstrating the bug.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a variable name
2. Open the rename dialog
3. Enter a new name
4. click on Preview button
5. Expand the tree and select on or more changes
6. Click on OK button

Should be fixed in latest 3.7 I-builds.
