Description Dani Megert CLA 2010-07-08 07:29:57 EDT
SDK 4.0 - I20100707-2006.

Hidden toolbar contributions appear in toolbar.

1. start with new workspace
==> New Java Project wizard toolbar icon appears but shouldn't.

Looks like the 'hiddenToolBarItem' perspective extension is not honored.
Comment 1 Remy Suen CLA 2010-07-15 07:14:16 EDT
On I20100714-2048, the Java project drop down is there.

Now if you reset your perspective, that drop down will disappear, which is good. But the external tools drop down also disappears, not so good.
Comment 2 Remy Suen CLA 2010-07-17 07:07:04 EDT
The wizard tool item is there on startup with I20100716-1834 but if I switch to the 'Debug' perspective and back then it goes away.
Comment 3 Remy Suen CLA 2012-02-02 09:06:13 EST
This is also why the org.eclipse.ui.edit.text.toggleShowSelectedElementOnly item shows up.

When bug 320478 is fixed this problem may also go away.
