Description Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-07-08 05:03:20 EDT
This action should be adapted to be used on all Classifier, in each diagram.
Comment 1 Cedric Dumoulin CLA 2010-07-08 07:59:25 EDT
Please explain a little bit more this bug.
I do not understand what we speak about: what does 'this action' mean ?
I recall that we should use the eclipse.ui.handlers framework for all menu/actions/toolbars.
Comment 2 Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-07-09 04:04:31 EDT
Currently this action in only available in the Composite Structure Diagram.
This menu allows to choose the properties/ports to show for a Class.

This action should be useful in others diagram, like in the Class Diagram, so we could choose easily the properties/operations/nested classes to show for a classifier, without doing a drop from the Model Explorer.

This menu is located in Filters-> Show/Hide inherited Properties/Ports
Comment 3 Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-07-09 04:06:14 EDT
For the handler, I'm sorry I forgot it, I add it in my task list!
Comment 4 Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-07-23 11:08:47 EDT
A first part commited in r2468
Class Diagram provides this action.
In this diagram Generalization is able to destroy view for the inherited contents on the sub-classes when the Generalization is destroyed
Comment 5 Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-08-04 11:24:45 EDT
Second part commited in r2529.
Now the action works with Affixed Child Node.
Elements to display in Compartment with XYLayout are not overlayed but represented with a little space between them
Comment 6 Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-08-04 11:43:53 EDT
Done in r2531 for the Head Branch
Comment 7 Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-08-05 04:28:55 EDT
Minor changes committed in r2533 (Head Branch and Branch 0.7.X)
Comment 8 Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-10-04 09:41:44 EDT
Minor changes in r 2852
Comment 9 Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-10-25 07:58:00 EDT
In r3014 : replace a getMembers() by getOwnedMembers() (we saw inherited members of the classifier in the selection dialog...)
Comment 10 Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-11-25 04:26:49 EST
This status of this action is not correctly refresh in the menu Diagram.
Comment 11 Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2010-11-25 05:28:00 EST
Corrected in r3326.
Comment 12 Vincent Lorenzo CLA 2013-03-13 06:38:43 EDT
I don't close the bug, because this action doesn't work for Enumeration
Comment 13 Camille Letavernier CLA 2014-07-22 13:43:15 EDT
This currently works for Enumerations

I close the task. Specific subtasks should be opened if some elements don't support this behavior
