i in used Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers Galileo and i try Helios
via upgrading

but OSGi or org.eclipse.equinox frustrated
so now i renew and install Galileo and upgrading
its also the same thing happen again

Moving to p2 for now.

Could you provide more details on what is failing and the steps you used to see the failure.  For example, are you attempting to update Java EE Developers EPP Galileo to the Helios version?  Can you start Eclipse after you update?  Or are you saying that the update operation is not doing anything at all?  Do you get an error message?  Can you attach the error log?
