Description Remy Suen CLA 2010-07-07 12:23:18 EDT
1. Activate the 'Problems' view.
2. Ctrl+F10 > Preferences
3. Delete everything in the 'Limit visible items per group to:' text field.
4. You will see a 'Value must be an Integer' error message.
5. Uncheck the 'Use marker limits' checkbox.
6. The text field is disabled but the error is still there.

This requires some UI re-work to be fixed because if we do have an additional checkbox for enabling marker-limit, then it better be valid. If we intend to take a blank as 'no limit' then we need to do away with the checkbox.

On a side note, I wonder if we do have such a pattern anywhere in UI.

With the fix to Bug# 231081, spinner is used and no longer error messages are shown
