1. Add a breakpoint.
2. Ctrl+3 > Breakpoints
3. Modify the breakpoint in the 'Breakpoints' view.
4. The view turns dirty but you cannot Ctrl+S. It sometimes saves "randomly" and then my changes will get persisted.
