The CI build should also generate a PSF that includes all projects that are needed for the development Vex.

The resulting PSF should be referencable from the Vex Wiki page.

I'll look at creating something that can run during the build.  This might not be as necessary once we are over in Git, as you can Import the existing projects using EGit.
