1. Wipe your debug preferences.
2. Click the 'Run' drop down. It has no recent entries.
3. Launch something.
4. Click the 'Run' drop down. The menu is not updated.

The immediate problem described by comment 0 has been corrected.

Due to the double delegates, additional work may not be necessary. We'll use new bugs for new problems if they arise.
