I20100701-1105.

1. start new workspace
2. create a Java project with a class
3. open the 'Refactoring' or 'Source' menu
   ==> all good
4. close the editor and reopen it
5. open the 'Refactoring' or 'Source' menu
   ==> menu items appear twice
6. close the editor and reopen it
7. open the 'Refactoring' or 'Source' menu
   ==> menu items appear three times
8. repeat 6 and 7 until menus become useless
