When I remove a .di file that is open, the corresponding editor stays open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a new diagram
2.an editor is launched
3.remove the diagram from the explorer
4.the editor is still open

Fixed in 0.10. See Bug 401109: [PageManager] Deleting an element which contains an opened page leads to critical model corruption
