I've created several projects. As I add projects, old projects seem to become unavailable. When I attempt to switch to an old project, It doesn't recognize the project. Exactly what does the Eclipse CDT expect when opening a project, is it something in the .metadata or .settings directories?

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a project 'lost'
2.create or open several other projects
3.try to switch back to 'lost'

Are all these projects in the same workspace? What do you mean by "switch back"?
