Relative value provider is not providing the correct value for Population Denisty values
Map shows constant density when population is spreading on a square lattice

Problem was that the denominator is not set correctly in StandardRelativeValueProviderAdapterFactory.PopulationModelLabelValueRelativeValueProvider.getRelativeValue
now fixed
