Problem Description:
1. In Oracle CEP IDE for eclipse env, click Window -> Show View -> Server.
The Servers view will show
2. Right Click the space under Servers view, Click New -> Server. The add new
server wizard will show up
3. In the Define a New Server page, there are hard code strings. Please see
 the screenshot.

tian,  I am guessing that this is a problem with an Eclipse Galileo SR1 release, judging by your build identifier.  This corresponds to WTP 3.1.1.  We have released WTP 3.1.2 and WTP 3.2 (the latter being based on Helios), so this problem may have been corrected since then.

Looking at the screenshot I don't think your platform was setup correctly because none of the string for wst.server.core.ui were translated. In any case I went ahead and tested this in 3.2.1 with the pseudo translation plugins from babel, and they all seem be translated correctly.
