Description Missing name CLA 2010-06-29 05:35:40 EDT
Build Identifier: 20100615235519 (Version: 3.2.0.v201005241510)

There's no support for editing XML-Files with Encoding "ISO-8859-15" ("-15" is more important than "ISO-8859-1" because it contains the "€" sign).

Since we can't use UTF-8 and XML-Budy seems to be discontinued, support for ISO-8859-15 would be greatly appreciated!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open eclipse preferences
2. go to XML -> XML Files
3. see the dropdown box: "Encoding"

Files beginning with <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-15"?> detect properly, and "ISO Latin-9" is in the preference page's list. If you are having issues actually using ISO-8859-15, please reopen.
