I have a script that does an svn switch on multiple eclipse projects at once (dependent library and webapp project) so that I don't have to manually keep them in lockstep. When I call this external tool it does:

cd project1
svn switch URLofDesiredProject1Branch
cd project2
svn switch URLofDesiredProject2Branch

and does a "resource refresh" via the external tools configuration.

The SVN Info in the properties updates correctly, and the Team Sync view works fine; however, the CNF view(s) only update the revision numbers, not the path/URL. Basically the variables supplied by the Text Decorator extension isn't updating. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check out an svn project
2. Use svn at the command line to switch the project to a dirrent URL
3. Refresh eclipse
