Currently this test is not run, I will attach a patch to enable it for bugzilla_3_6_custom_wf_and_status.

Thanks for applying the patch Frank. In the future,  please set the iplog flag on the attachment and not on the bug otherwise the whole comment stream will end up in the IP log.
