The JSF facet install properties are not persisted between sessions.  

Steps:
1) Create DWP w/JSF facet
2) Modify servlet-mappings
3) Finish
4) Close workspace and reopen
5) Create DWP w/JSF facet

Note:
Modified servlet-mappings have reverted to defaults

Coding error in local code was preventing persistence.  Not a bug.
