Current launch.remote plugin set the default configuration value IMILaunchConfigrationConstants.ATTR_DEBUG_NAME to the predefined value, "gdb".

Since many users of the launch.remote plugin would using cross compiler tool set who requires the cross gdb other than the default native gdb. Users of launch.remote need to manually set it per project. 

It would be nicer to have the launch.remote plugin load the default configuration values from a specific project, or to provide some extension points which allows other plugins to provide the default values.
