Window "Inspect Element" (Ctrl + Shift + I) size isn't saved. If you resize it, then after opening again it will have default size.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In debug mode use inspect element from dropdown or by hotkey
2. Resize appeared "inspect element" window
3. Let the window close
4. Open window again - size wasn't saved.
