The menu in Eclipse 4.0 SDK is sorted differently and contains additional elements which are not displayed in Eclipse 3.6, e.g. "CVS", "Refactor" and "Source".

This does not appear as if it is intentional and I believe we should remove the "CVS" and "Source" and sort the menu similar to Eclipse 3.6.
