Trying to resolve a target platform, I got this:

Is this file is being over-downloaded? Or is its size being incorrectly reported?

Moving to p2.  PDE is calling out to p2 to do the collection phase.

The size comes from the http response, and p2 transport counts the bytes read from the stream. Most probable cause is that the server is sending the wrong size. Any info which file? 
Could be a bad mirror, or a caching proxy causing problem.
Are you seeing this for all files?
