Steps:
1) Create DWP w/2.3, JSF1.1 and MyFaces

Result:
web.xml has 2 servlets configured

Expected:
web.xml with MyFaces servlet configured

Correction - the expected result is the FacesServlet configured

I'm not sure what has changed, but my DWP (web 2.3, JSF 1.1 (MyFaces)) is configured with one servlet (javax.faces.webapp.FacesServlet) only. Please reopen with more specific steps if issue is seen again.
