I had an e4 workspace with Java, Team Sync, and CVS Exploring perspectives open.

I shut down, and reopened the workspace with 4.0 SDK I20100623-1410.  My bottom stack now had the Team Sync view in it (it did not have that before I shutdown).

This happened again in I20100713-2016

I deleted my deltas.xml and started up.  Opened the Team Sync perspective and synchronized, picked up changes, switch back.  Everything was fine.

A little later I switched to Team Sync perspective and started a sync.  I switched back to the java perspective and kept working.

After a while I noticed the Sync view in the java perspective and closed it.  When I switched back to the Team Sync perspective, it was gone!

Almost certainly a DUP of 416235...
