I tried to install MarkerPlace Client into the Eclipse Classsic 3.6, but an error ocurred and caused installation failure.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download Eclispe 3.6 classic bundle.
2.Unzip into local disk.
3.Startup eclipse, I can not find the "MarketPlace Client" in the Help menu.
And I open the Install Software to install it. There is no errors in the check stage, when install into the eclipse dir, an error occured.
I use the "all" updatesite to update, so I think all "Helios" update site are available through the installation progress.
