Where (more precisely) should this be documented? 
Bucky book does not have a single list of just properties, they are documented for some command/action.

This should be documented under PDE caveats :-)

Seriously, I'm not sure where to put it. It's PDE related for sure, but the last word hasn't been said yet. The PDE problem is back with a vengeance in 3.7 and Andrew is reluctant to fix it.
