If I hit Ctrl+F8 and keep Ctrl depressed, the resulting popup does not contain a list of all perspectives. It only seems to show the perspective that was active at time of startup.

Note I believe this is a quite recent regression. Remy had this working at one point recently.

This is now working in I20100629-2126.
