The MWE project - emft.mwe had a successful graduation. 
As it is no longer in incubation it should move from EMFT to EMF.

Sharon thinks we mainly need to move all CQs as well as the committers.
The repository doesn't need to be moved, since EMF and EMFT share the same CVS repo.

Can you please create the DB entry for Modeling.EMF.MWE?  When that is arranged, we will be able to begin the necessary changes for the move.

I've checked all committer legal documentation and there are no barriers to moving the committers to EMF.MWE.  

Webmaster: if you could script the committer moves, that would be great.

All IPzilla CQs have also been moved.
