Currently, the information in our orbit "iplog.xml" file is used at build time to create a "table of bundles". 

This includes things like "contact name" and "notes" which might change after the build. 

For a concrete example, Christian W. Damus used to be the contact for 
net.sourceforge.lpg.lpgjavaruntime, 1.1.0
and is listed that way on old build, such as 
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R20100114021427/

But, Adolfo Sanchez-Barbudo Herrera is the current contact, and listed that way on the most recent builds, 
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R20100519200754/

Seems like "the contact" should be updated on all download pages, despite of the contact at the time of the build.
