Description Eric Moffatt CLA 2010-06-21 15:27:50 EDT
This is one of those 'transient' defects. While testing having different perspectives each with different sets of minimized / detached stacks we've noticed (Remy's seen this) that in some cases the minimized trim stacks are not restored.

The preliminary investigation shows that the TrimBar is no longer in the presentation model (but I'm not sure if it was removed before the save or perhaps merged incorrectly on startup...).

Committed in >20100625. Added code to force the bar that a minimized stack is being added to to be TBR(true) if it wasn't already.

NOTE: This is a temporary fix. The defect was initiated by the CleanupAddon setting the TrimBar's TBR to false when the perspective was reset (since the last (visible) element was removed from it...

This indicates an asymmetry in the handling (since it was hidden by the addon it should have been made visible again as well, need to revisit all the cleanup logic...

Marking as a dup since there is more info in the newer defect
