Synchronize view shows strange results when we comparing two branches, two tags or tag against branch *without* local changes. Results that we can see in Synchronization view are completely wrong.

This issue was discovered by Matthias Sohn during review of http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,874

It occurs on all Windows platform.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Team -> Synchronize...
2. Select local .git HEAD as source
3. Select local .git master (if master is current selected branch) as destination
4. Click OK

When synchronization finish there are list of changed files, with actually should be empty.
