It seems that Grid did not totally correctly computes size of last row when wrapping is enabled. In my case it prevents cell editor activation. I have tried to add 4 additional pixels to compute size result  and it helps, but I believe that there should be some deeper roots there.

This bug seems to be fixed in Nebula 2.3.0
