The libtoolize action for a project ends up calling autoheader if OK is pressed on the Autotools tools page.

This occurs because the property that the libtoolize handler fetches is the autoheader tool property.  This property normally is unset until the Tools page is saved and so defaults to libtoolize.

A fix has been made in trunk and a new test added to the ui tests.
