Currently in CCV4 project wizard users cannot select the ti.platforms.msp430 from RTSC platforms drop-down list because the :deviceName is missing. Thwy need to type the platform in manually. We need a way to enable users to select and use ti.platforms.msp430.

MSP430 is not supported anymore.
