Build Identifier: WTP 3.2

The ClassPathSelection class needs to be updated so that when it is calculating the valid classpathElements to not consider files in the EAR library directory. These files are already in the classpath and don't need to be added as manifest entries of the modules. This would only apply for EE5/EE6 EARs.
