1. Ctrl+3 > Console
2. Click the dropdown > New Console View
3. Nothing happens. There is nothing in the error log either.

EPartService's createSharedPart(String, MWindow) keeps returning the same part back. We need a truly new instance.

Added a new createSharedPart(String, MWindow, boolean) method to force the creation of a new part.

Fixed in CVS HEAD.
