When creating end-user documentation, it is necessary to organize content as a sequence or hierarchy. The Mediawiki Hierarchy extension would be useful in organizing the content in a user-friendly manner. See http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Hierarchy

This (and bug 317293 and bug 317294) have accrued a fair amount of bitrot.  I believe the date they were opened is unfortunate.
