This isn't requesting the full extent of bug 192784 to be completed, but currently we link to the downloads of the separate EMF and XSD runtime zips and the GEF and DTP SDKs.  Either the GEF and DTP links should point to their respective runtime zips, or we should replace the EMF and XSD runtime zip links with a link to the combined EMF+XSD SDK zip. I'd really prefer the latter since I see WTP's own download page more for developer use these days, and fewer links is usually a good thing.
