We seem to have a problem with a style sheet for proposals. Nested lists are not displaying as they should.

For an example, see the Sapphire draft proposal:
http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/sapphire/

The source file has the lists in the Initial Contribution section nested correctly:
http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/sapphire/proposal.html

I have seen this before with proposals, but never remembered to open a bug about it.

Please let me know if this is an issue that will take a while to resolve as I can re-write that section to workaround this problem.

As an alternative to fixing an old skin we no longer use i've updated the proposals pages to use Nova!
