Minimize non-active view opens it as fast view instead of minimizing. It works as expected when the view has focus.

This happens because of an SWT event ordering issue. when you click on the minimize button that event comes first (and the minimization code runs) *then* we get an 'activate' event on the CTabFolder causing us to make the currently selected tab in that stack the active view which, in turn, causes the minimized stack to be displayed.

Looks fixed in Juno M3.
