The background color is NOT correctly refreshed when modified after activate and deactivate Gradient.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add Comment or Constraint element to Class Diagram
2.change background color
3.activate Gradient
4.deactivate Gradient
5.change background color
