Build Identifier: 20090920-1017

Visual Studio has an option of opening the file's location with the native file explorer, the feature is called 'Open Containing Folder'. It would be great if Eclipse could offer this functionality. Currently, one has to right click on the file and go to properties and copy-and-paste the file's path into the explorer. This is tedious and time consuming.

I guess it should also be named 'Open Containing Folder' as most people would also be familiar with it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See the details above.
